Abstract

Dalam dunia Otomotif yang semakin berkembang terdapat bengkel lampu yang sangat ramai namum Sistem pengelolaan transaksi pada Toko BOSSLIGHTING (Bengek Lampu Kendaraan Bermotor) yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan, perhitungan penjualan, serta perhitungan persediaan barang, sehingga proses menjadi tidak efektif dan menimbulkan kerugian materil. Paper ini menyajikan analisis dan perancangan sistem Point of Sales sebagai sistem terkomputerisasi untuk menggantikan sistem manual. Analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Agile Development melalui enam tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, implementasi, pengujian, dokumentasi, deployment, dan pemeliharaan. Model sistem aplikasi yang dikembangkan menghasilkan desain laporan data barang, laporan penjualan, laporan data pelanggan, informasi persediaan barang. In the growing automotive world, there are lighting workshops which are very busy, but the transaction management system at the BOSSLIGHTING Shop (Motor Vehicle Lighting Workshop) is still done manually, causing errors in recording, calculating sales, and calculating inventory, so that the process becomes ineffective and cause material loss. This paper presents the analysis and design of the Point of Sales system as a computerized system to replace the manual system. System analysis and design using the Agile Development Method through six stages, namely: planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The developed application system model results in the design of goods data reports, sales reports, customer data reports, inventory information.
