Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence occupational health and safety to productivity. The object for the research is employer who works at parts manufacturing Ciawenindo Mitra Perkasa, PT. This research was done to 96 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partialy, the variable of occupational health and safety influence the productivity in parts manufacturing Ciawenindo Mitra Perkasa, PT. It has been proven from the result of (t) partial shows significant point of two independent variables that support the hipothesys. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, thereis influence between occupational health and safety to productivity in parts manufacturing Ciawenindo Mitra Perkasa, PT.
