Abstract

ABSTRACT The hospital is a social organization whose purpose is to provide health services to the public. To implement these operational activities, it takes human resources that can support the successful operation. The compensation represent the retribution given by company to employees as according to conducted work. Motivation is one of the things that influence to increase the sense of responsibility from employees. This research aims to know compensation and motivation on employee performance. The Objcet for this research is employee at RS Mary Cileungsi that located in Cileungsi, Bogor. This research was done to 77 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Therefore, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of the data are processed through statistical calculations through the use of SPSS 22. The result of this research showed that the variables compensation and motivation has a significant communication partial on the employee performance. The motivation, become the most dominant variable that affected the employee performance. Keywords : compensation, motivation, employee performance ABSTRAK Rumah sakit merupakan organisasi sosial yang tujuannya yaitu untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Untuk melaksanakan kegiatan operasional tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang dapat menunjang kelancaran operasional. Kompensasi merupakan balas jasa yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Motivasi adalah salah satu hal yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab pada karyawan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah para karyawan RS Mary Cileungsi yang berlokasi di Cileungsi, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regressi linier berganda. Hasil dari data-data diproses melalui perhitungan statistic melalui penggunaan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi menjadi varibel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kompensasi, motivasi, kinerja karyawan
