Abstract
ABSTRACT The results of this study to determine the effect of work environment and job stress on employee work motivation. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia production division located in Cileungsi, Bogor. This research was conducted on 64 Respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, work environment and work stress variables affect the employee's motivation d PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia. This is evidenced by the Annova test (F test) and the statistical test result (t test) also shows the positive and significant value of the two independent variables supporting the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is influence simultaneously and partially between work environment variables and work stress on employee work motivation in PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia, Cileungsi. Keywords: work environment, work stress, work motivation ABSTRAK Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karywan . Objek penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia divisi produksiyang berlokasi di Cileungsi, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 64 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan d PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji Annova (uji F) dan hasil uji statistik (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai yang positif dan signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia, Cileungsi. Kata kunci : lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, motivasi kerja
