Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how big the influence of organizational climate and work environment on employee performance either partially or simultaneously in PT Adhicon Perkasa Jakarta. This study uses two independent variables of organizational climate and work environment and one dependent variable is employee performance. The research method used is the method of causal research with the number of samples 46 respondents from the total population 46. Data collected by using the survey technique is the distribution of questionnaires to 46 respondents and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of organizational climate and work environment to the performance employees. Result of research which have been obtained after doing partial test (t test) with level of significance 5% show that organizational climate and work environment respectively have positive and significant effect to employee performance. Keywords: organizational climate, work environment, and Employee Performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Adhicon Perkasa Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kausal dengan jumlah sampel 46 responden dari jumlah populasi 46. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik survei yaitu penyebaran kuesioner kepada 46 responden dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan setelah melakukan uji parsial (uji t) dengan level of significance 5% menunjukan bahwa iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
