Abstract

This research discusses complaints of excessive vibration to be felt in the cabin when the vehicle is idling or acceleration. Analyze the failure of the engine mounting abnormal insulator by using the Ansys Workbench20.1 tool. Abnormal problems with engine mounting RH insulators cause excessive shaking to be felt inside the cabin during idling or acceleration. Finding the cause of failure of engine mounting insulator components with problems by analyzing the components so that it can find the exact cause of the damage. From the results of research can be data refinement of new engine mounting components. After the component is updated, it is tested. The Ansys tool is used for simulations of attachment to the engine mounting when loading and vibration occur. With ansys we can get a load test, stress simulation and Displacment simulation. Examination by 50x zoom in on the component to determine the crack groove and problematic component material on the adhesive layer with rubber caused by lack of clean release againt. Target and reduce engine mounting insolator noise problems in 0 cases. Keywords: Ansys, Engine Mounting, Vibration. Penelitan ini membahas tentang keluhan getaran yang berlebihan sampai terasa didalam kabin pada saat kendaaan idling maupun akselerasi. Analisa kegagalan engine mounting insulator abnormal dengan menggunakan piranti ansys Workbench20.1. Abnormal problem pada engine mounting insulator RH menyebabkan bergetar yang berlebihan sampai terasa didalam kabin pada saat kendaaan idling maupun akselerasi. Mencari penyebab kegagalan komponen engine mounting insulator yang bermasalah dengan menganalisa komponen sehingga dapat menemukan penyebab pasti kerusakan. Dari hasil penelitian bisa menjadi data penyempurnakan komponen engine mounting baru. Setelah komponen diperbarui dilakukan pengujian. Piranti Ansys digunakan untuk simulasi geratan pada engine mounting ketika terjadi pembebanan dan getaran. Dengan ansys kita bisa mendapatkan pengujian Uji pembebanan, simulasi stress dan simulasi Displacment. Pemeriksaan dengan perbesar 50x pada komponen untuk menetukan alur retakan dan material komponen yang bermasalah padaa lapisan Adhesive dengan rubber yang disebabkan oleh kurang bersihnya release againt. Mentargetkan dan menurunkan masalah engine mounting insolator noise menjadi 0 kasus. Kata kunci : Ansys, Engine Mounting, Getaran,
