Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence training and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously in PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Coorporation. This research use two independent variable that is training and motivation and one dependent variable that is employee performance. The research method used is the method of causal research with the number of samples of 47 respondents from the population 47. Data collected by questionnaire method is the dispute of the questionnaire to 47 respondents and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance. Result of research which have been obtained after doing partial test (t test) with level of significance 5% indicate that training of beer negatively influence to employee performance while motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Coorporation. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu pelatihan dan motivasi dan satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kausal dengan jumlah sampel 47 responden dari jumlah populasi 47. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu penyebaran angket kepada 47 responden dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan setelah melakukan uji parsial (uji t) dengan level of significance 5% menunjukan bahwa pelatihan beerpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
