Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is meant to find out the influence of Financial Leverage and Operating Leverage patially and the variable which has dominant influence to the Return On Equity (ROE). The data uses the secondary data, which has been obtained from the websitewww.idx.co.id.Which is a financial statement in 20112014. The samples of this research are all companies in shipping company and cargo sector which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchage. This research applies the multiple linear regressions analysis by using the instrument program of SPSS 23. The result of this analysis shows that the coefficient determination.Operating leverage partially has positive influence to the Return On Equity (ROE) on shipping company and cargo. Keywords : Financial Leverage (DFL), Operating Leverage (DOL), Return On Equity(ROE). ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhFinancial Leveragedan Operating Leveragesecara parsial dan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadapReturn On Equity(ROE). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder, yang diperoleh dari websitewww.idx.co.idyaitu laporan keuangan dari tahun 2011-2014.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 populasi dengan sampel 6 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisisregresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS23. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa Financial Leverage secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) dalam perusahaan pelayaran dancargo,danOperatingLeveragesecara parsial berpengaruhpositif terhadapReturn On Equity(ROE) dalam perusahaan pelayaran dancargo. Kata Kunci :Financial Leverage(DFL), Operating Leverage(DOL), Return On Equity(ROE).
