Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine empirically influence the size of the company, interest rates and exchange rates on the stock price of Chemical Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2015. The data analyzed in this study is secondary data sourced from annual financial statements on the industry chemical period 2011 - 2015 obtained from www.idx.co.id. The population in this research is all Chemical Industry companies which have been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 20112015. Determination of sample in this research using nonprobability technique that is Sampling method saturated. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistic test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model conformity test and hypothesis test and data processing with SPSS 21 program. The results of this study partially, firm size has a positive effect is not significant to the Share Price, Interest Rate has no significant negative effect on stock prices and Exchange Rate has a positive effect is not significant to stock price. While simultaneously independent variables ie Size Company, Interest Rates and exchange rates all three did not affect the stock price. Keywords: Company Size, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, Stock Price ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, suku bunga dan nilai tukar terhadap harga saham perusahaan Industri Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011 – 2015. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan pada industri kimia periode 2011 – 2015 yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Industri Kimia yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2011 – 2015. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability yaitu metode Sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji kesesuaian model serta uji hipotesis dan pengolahan data dengan bantuan program SPSS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial, Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Suku Bunga berpengaruh negative tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Nilai Tukar berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel independen yaitu Ukuran Perusahaan, Suku Bunga dan Nilai tukar ketiganya tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.
