Abstract
ABSTRAK penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak pengungkapan corporate social responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian iniadalah Nilai perusahaan.DanVariabel independendalam penelitian ini adalahCorporate social responsibility (CSR). Metode pengambilan sempel dengan menggunakanpurpose samplingsebanyak 10 perusahaan yang terdaftardi bursa efek indonesia tahun 2013-2017. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear, SPSS Versi 24 (Statistical package for the socialSciences). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, pengungkapan corporate social responsibility (CSR) berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Kata Kunci: Nilai perusahaan,Corporate social responsibility, Perusahaan Pertambangan ABSTRACT This study is to determine the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure on company value. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. And the independent variable in this study is Corporate social responsibility (CSR). The sampling method is using a sampling purpose of 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The data analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of a linear regression test, SPSS Version 24 (Statistical package for the social Sciences). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, disclosure of corporate social responsibility(CSR)has a positive and significant impact on the value of the company on mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange.
