Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kebijakan “Cost Down” dan realisasi penerapan anggaran biaya terhadap laba perusahaan yang dilakukan di PT.XYZ. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kawasan MM2100, Cibitung. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari bagian keuangan dan manajemen, observasi dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan “Cost Down” dan penerapan realisasi anggaran yang diterapkan PT.XYZ terbukti berpengaruh terhadap laba perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melihat laporan realisasi anggaran yang terjadi pada tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 ABSTRAK This research aims to know the implementation of the "Cost Down" policy and the realization of the implementation of the budget for the company's profits made at PT. XYZ. This research took place in the MM2100 Area, Cibitung. The type of data used in this research is the primary data and the secondary data. The methods to collect the data are using data from the finance and management department, observation and interviews. The population in this research is the leadership and financial reporting. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research indicate that the "Cost Down" policy and the implementation of the budget realization implemented by PT. XYZ proved to have an effect on company profits. This is evidenced by looking at the budget realization reports that occurred in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
