Abstract

This study aims, among others, to compare the results of the implementation of the pile foundation work and which bore pile foundation is more efficient and identify the constraints/problems that often occur in the foundation work of the Mall Tanspark Bekasi. This research is limited by several factors, among others, the foundation that is reviewed only applies to the conditions of the project implementation of the Tanspark Mall Bekasi Foundation and analyzes the comparison on the implementation of pile foundation work and bore pile foundation from the cost. The data collected are in the form of pictures, types of tools used, and working hours of tools, and monitoring of work. This research was conducted by comparing the time and cost in the work of bored pile foundations and pile foundations. For this reason, the author uses Microsoft Excel for volume/cost calculations on boredpile foundation work. As for the calculation of the volume of pile foundation work using the help of Microsoft excel software. Based on the background, the researcher took secondary data such as shop drawings, project schedule, work method statement (WMS), and bill of quantity (BoQ). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the foundation structure work process for the Transpark Djuanda Bekasi Mall area uses the Boredpile foundation method, because it can facilitate work and provide an efficient impact as possible for the work method in the field, because it is not possible to use a pile foundation considering that there is not enough land or land that is too narrow for pile foundation work, and the type of boredpile foundation method does not cause noise and does not damage surrounding buildings and the cost of carrying out work using the Boredpile foundation method is Rp. 916,544,200, while using the pile foundation is Rp. 785,259,200. The percentage difference between the two foundation structures is 1.67% of the value of the pile work. This means that using the Boredpile foundation structure is more expensive by Rp. 131,285,000. Keywords: Boredpile Foundation, Pile Foundation, Cost Analysis Penelitian ini bertujuan antara lain membandingkan hasil pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang dan pondasi bore pile mana yang lebih efisien dan mengidentifikasi kendala/ permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pekerjaan fondasi Mall Tanspark Bekasi. Penelitian ini dibatasi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain pondasi yang ditinjau hanya berlaku pada kondisi proyek pelaksanaan Pondasi Mall Tanspark Bekasi dan menganalisa perbandingan pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang dan pondasi bore pile dari biaya. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa gambar, jenis alat yang digunakan, dan jam kerja alat, dan monitoring pekerjaan.Penelitian ini dilakukan metode membandingkan antara waktu dan biaya dalam pekerjaan pondasi boredpile dan pondasi tiang pancang. Untuk itu penulis menggunakan microsoft excel untuk perhitungan volume/biaya pada pekerjaan pondasi boredpile. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan volume pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang menggunakan bantuan software Microsoft excel.Ditinjau berdasarkan latar belakang, peneliti mengambil data sekunder seperti shop drawing, schedule proyek, work method statement (WMS), dan bill of quantity (BoQ). Berdasarkan hasil anaslisa didapatan proses pekerjaan struktur pondasi Mall Kawasan Transpark Djuanda Bekasi menggunakan metode pondasi Boredpile, dikarenakan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dan memberikan dampak yang efisien mungkin untuk metode pekerjaan dilapangan, karena tidak memungkinkan apabila mengguanakan pondasi tiang pancang mengingat tidak cukupnya lahan atau lahan yang terlalu sempit untuk pekerjaan pondasi tiangpancang, dan jenis metode pondasi boredpile tersebut tidak menimbulkan suara kebisingan serta tidak merusak bangunan sekitar dan Biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan menggunakan metode pondasi Boredpile adalah sebesar Rp. 916.544.200, sedangkan menggunakan pondasi Tiang pancang adalah sebesar Rp. 785.259.200. Prosentase selisih dari kedua struktur pondasi tersebut adalah 1.67% terhadap nilai pekerjaan tiang pancang. Artinya dengan menggunakan struktur pondsi Boredpile lebih mahal sebesar Rp. 131.285.000.
