Abstract

Shop drawings are detailed technical field drawings that are used as a guide for the implementation of a job. This image becomes a vital communication medium between planners and implementers so it must be considered in the manufacturing process. In making shop drawings, AutoCAD software is the most popular software. However, AutoCad has limitations in producing shop drawings so that it is the cause of the lengthy approval of shop drawings to the supervisory consultant. In order to expedite and accommodate the cause of the lengthy shop drawing approval, the Parking Building Project Project Package Construction Work for the Revitalization of the Penjaringan Flats Tower A, B, E & F which consists of 5 floors. Shop drawing work is carried out using Revit software based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) which will produce a 2D design and 3D modeling and level of Development (LOD) at the LOD 400 level. BIM becomes a forum for coordination and collaboration of design build and operate so that stakeholders in the project environment can work well together. The results of the analysis show that the features of the revit software in the structural discipline have a more complex, complete algorithm, and have a worksheet system that can directly open the reference of the referenced image so as to reduce repetitive work in detail. shop drawing results using Revit software based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) are more informative because the presentation is in the form of a 3-dimensional model. This makes it easier for the production team to implement in the field. The benefit is to provide an overview of how the shop drawing results are as well as a consideration in choosing the method of making shop drawings using Revit software based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) on building construction structures. Shop drawing merupakan gambar teknis lapangan yang bersifat detail dan digunakan sebagai panduan pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan. Gambar ini menjadi media komunikasi yang vital antara perencana dan pelaksana sehingga harus diperhatikan dalam proses pembuatannya. Dalam pembuatan shop drawing software autocad merupakan software yang paling populer. Namun AutoCad memiliki keterbatasan dalam menghasilkan shop drawing sehingga menjadi penyebab lamanya persetujuan shop drawing kepada konsultan pengawas. Demi mempercepat dan mengakomodir penyebab lamanya persetujuan shop drawing, Pada Proyek Gedung Parkir Proyek Paket Pekerjaan Konstruksi Revitalisasi Rusun Penjaringan Tower A, B, E & F yang terdiri dari 5 lantai. Pengerjaan shop drawing dilakukan menggunakan software Revit berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang nantinya menghasilkan desain 2D serta pemodelan 3D dan level of Development (LOD) pada tingkat LOD 400. BIM menjadi wadah koordinasi dan kolaborasi design build dan operate sehingga para stakeholder di lingkungan proyek bisa bersinergi dengan baik. Hasil analisis diperoleh fitur – fitur software revit pada disipline struktur memiliki algoritma yang lebih kompleks, lengkap, serta memiliki sistem lembar kerja yang dapat langsung membuka referensi gambar yang dirujuk sehingga mengurangi pekerjaan berulang dalam pendetailan. hasil shop drawing menggunakan software revit berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM) lebih informatif karena penyajian berupa model 3 dimensi. Sehingga memudahkan team produksi dalam penerapan dilapangan. Manfaatnya untuk memberikan gambaran umum bagaimana hasil shop drawing serta menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih metode pembuatan shop drawing menggunakan software Revit berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada pekerjaan struktur konstruksi gedung.
