Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara passion, beban kerja dengan work school conflict pada mahasiswa yang bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa yang aktif berkuliah dan bekerja di daerah Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel passion yaitu harmonious dan obsessive tidak berhubungan dengan terjadinya work school conflict, selanjutnya variabel beban kerja juga tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan work school conflict. Akan tetapi, passion obsessive berhubungan positif dengan beban kerja. Kata Kunci: Passion, Passion Harmonis, Passion Obsesif, Beban Kerja, Work School Conflict This research aims to look at the relationship between passion, workload and workschool conflict among working students. The population in this study were students who were actively studying and working in the Jakarta area. This research uses a correlational quantitative research method. The results showed that the passion variables, that is harmonious and obsessive, were not related to the occurrence of work-school conflict, furthermore, the workload variable also did not have a significant relationship with work-school conflict.
