Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan burnout pada perusahaan retail PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini melibatkan 154 karyawan aktif dari PT. XYZ cabang X. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara daring melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara perceived organizational support dengan burnout. Kata kunci: Perceived Organizational Support, Burnout, Perusahaan Retail ABSTRACT This research aims to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support and burnout in retail company PT. XYZ. The study involved 154 active employees from PT. XYZ branch X. Sample was taken by using convenience sampling technique and the research use quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online via the Google form.
