Abstract

Lokal Merak train is the only local train that operates and serves the Rangkasbitung – Merak route after the operation of several local trains was stopped and the KRL (Electric Train) from Rangkasbitung – Tanahabang has been operating. By looking at the current conditions and the potential of the Lokal Merak Train, if the services provided are not maintained and are not able to provide a sense of security and comfort to passengers, it is possible for passengers to switch to other modes of transportation to travel. The services provided on the trip using the Lokal Merak Train are seen in accordance with the Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 63 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Angkutan Orang dengan Kereta Api. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression methods and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) from data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to Lokal Merak Train passengers. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the six service variables, namely safety, security, reliability, comfort, convenience and equality, the regression equation obtained is Y = 1.540 + 0.338 X1 + 0.264 X2 + 0.203 X3 + 0.295 X4 + 0.301 X5 + 0.300 X6 with each each independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely passenger satisfaction. From the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) the value obtained is 65%, which means that passengers are quite satisfied with the service on the Lokal Merak Train. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Kereta Api Lokal Merak, multiple linear regression, Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) PM Nomor 63 Tahun 2019 Kereta Api Lokal Merak merupakan satu-satunya kereta api lokal yang beroperasi dan melayani rute Rangkasbitung – Merak setelah penghentian operasi beberapa kereta api lokal dan sudah beroperasinya KRL (Kereta Rel Listrik) dari Rangkabitung – Tanahabang. Dengan melihat kondisi saat ini dan potensi Kereta Api Lokal Merak maka apabila pelayanan yang diberikan tidak terjaga dan kurang bisa memberikan rasa aman serta nyaman kepada penumpang sehingga memungkinkan penumpuang akan beralih moda transportasi jenis lain untuk melakukan perjalanan. Pelayanan yang diberikan di dalam perjalanan menggunakan Kereta Api Lokal Merak dilihat sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 63 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Angkutan Orang dengan Kereta Api. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dari pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisoner pada penumpang Kereta Api Lokal Merak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dari keenam variabel pelayanan yaitu keselamatan, keamanan, kehandalan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, dan kesetaraan diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 1,540 + 0,338 X1 + 0,264 X2 + 0,203 X3 + 0,295 X4 + 0,301 X5 + 0,300 X6 dengan masing-masing variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan penumpang. Dari hasil analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) nilai yang diperoleh sebesar 65% yang berarti penumpang cukup puas dengan pelayanan di dalam Kereta Api Lokal Merak.
