Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in financial performance and stock performance by examining the profitability of the Company, which is indicated by the value of the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) as well as stock performance indicated by the value of Stock Return of Plantation listed Company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is a member of RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) with which is not a member of the RSPO. It also saw the influence of the RSPO certification on profitability and stock performance. The research data is for 8 years (2008-2015). The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analytic method used in this research is a different test (t test) and linear regression. Results showed no significant differences profitability and stock Returns of the company are members of the RSPO with the profitability and stock Returns of companies that are not members. The results also showed a positive effect on the profitability of the RSPO certification, but are not influenced stock return Keywords: RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) Certification, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Stocks Return. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan dan kinerja saham dengan meneliti Profitabilitas Perusahaan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) serta kinerja saham yang ditunjukan oleh nilai return saham perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menjadi anggota RSPO (Rountable on Sustainable Palm Oil) dengan yang tidak menjadi anggota RSPO. Selain itu juga melihat pengaruh kegiatan sertifikasi terhadap profitabilitas dan kinerja saham. Data penelitian merupakan data untuk periode observasi selama 8 tahun (2008 – 2015). Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji beda (t test) dan regresi linear. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya perbedaan signifikan profitabilitas dan return saham perusahaan yang menjadi anggota RSPO dengan profitabilitas perusahaan yang tidak menjadi anggota. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif sertifikasi RSPO terhadap Profitabilitas tetapi tidak terpengaruh terhadap return saham Kata kunci : Sertifikasi RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palam Oil), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Retrun on Asset (ROA), return on Equity (ROE), dan Return Saham
