Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pada Karyawan Muda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan muda yang bekerja di daerah Cileungsi-Bogor yang populasinya tidak diketahui secara pasti jumlahnya, namun peneliti memerlukan 100 orang karyawan muda. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan Literasi Keuangan dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan pengaruh terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pada Karyawan Muda. Kata kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Gaya Hidup, Pengelolaan Keuangan, Karyawan muda ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Financial Management in Young Employees. The population in this study are young employees who work in the Cileungsi-Bogor area, the exact population of which is not known, but the researchers need 100 young employees. Sample selection used a purposive sampling method using multiple regression analysis methods with the help of IBM SPSS software. The partial research results show that Financial Literacy and Lifestyle have a positive influence on Financial Management among Young Employees.
