Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Gas Lpg 3kg di Toko AHS Faiz Pabuaran Bekasi. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian Gas Lpg 3kg di Toko AHS Faiz dengan jumlah populasi sangat banyak atau tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Sample yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 175 responden. Metode pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT The research aims ti find out the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing dicision for Gas Lpg 3kg at AHS Faiz Pabuaran Bekasi stores. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased Gas Lpg 3kg at the AHS Faiz store with a very large or population or not known with certainty. The sample used in study was 175 respondents. The sampling method was carrid out by purposive sampling method. This study uses SEM analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that Price has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and Service Quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
