Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Tunggal Jaya Mandiri mnerupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konstruksi pembangunan seperti pembuatan, jalan (jalan auteri maupun jalan tol), jasa pembuatan jembatan. Irigasi dan Drainase. Drainase Resumahan Tunggal dan Kopel, serta Perumaban Multi Hunian.Dalam proses bisnisnya, perusahaan jasa ini menawarkan jasa pembangunan yang memperhatikan dari segi kinerja karyawan, segi kualitas bahan yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian proyek pembangunan yang sesuai hingga tercapai dengan hasil yang optimal. Sistem informasi yang diterapkan, di PT. Tunggal Jaya Maudiri masih jauh dari kata memadai, Data yang dikelola masih menggunakan input manual dan belum terintegrasi satu sama lain sehingga membuat proses bisnis tidak selaras dengan tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) yang berfokus pada atsitektur bisnis, dalam penelitian ini hasil yang diharapkan adalah menintegrasikan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi dengan proses bisnis agar sejalan dan dapat membantu proses bisnis perusahaan untuk mendapatkan proses bisnis yang optimal, efektif dan efisien. Tunggal Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in the field of development construction services such as the construction of roads (auterial roads and toll roads), bridge construction services. Drainage for Single and Coupling Housing, as well as Multi-Dwelling Housing.In its business processes, this service offers construction services that pay attention to the performance of employees, the quality of the company's materials used in the completion of appropriate development projects to achieve optimal results. The applied information system, at PT. Tunggal Jaya Maudiri is still far from sufficient, the data that is managed still uses manual input and is not yet integrated with each other so that business processes are not aligned with organizational goals. Therefore, it is necessary to design an Enterprise Architecture using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework that focuses on business architecture, in this study the expected results are integrating information systems and information technology with business processes so that in line and can help the company's business processes to obtain optimal, effective and efficient business processes.
