Abstract

To achieve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) world class level (85%) required a proven and accepted strategy. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a strategy that can be used to achieve organizational goals in meeting the competence of the factory and business competition. Therefore, the first objective of this research is to know the effect of TPM pillars on OEE targets. Furthermore, for the second purpose is to know the root cause of the OEE cause is not achieved so in the third goal is expected through this research can provide solutions to the problems that occur in the company. The method used in this study is the observation of causality with data collection methods of research through questionnaires to determine the effect of implementation of TPM pillars of OEE and descriptively this research using Nominal Group Technique (NGT) method and why why analysis to know the cause of OEE is not achieved. Sampling technique conducted in this research using purposive sampling technique. Respondents involved in this study were 115 respondents. The method of analysis used to determine the magnitude of influence in this study is to use Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of research shows that there is significant influence between pillar of Development management, Health and Safety, Planned Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, and Support Systems / Admin TPM with OEE target, while for education & training pillar and focused improvement have no significant effect OEE. The root cause of OEE is not achieved because of the absence of workload measurement. The solution that must be done is to do the workload measurement so that the division of work tasks can be evenly distributed. Keywords: TPM Pillars, OEE, Workload Measurements. Untuk mencapai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) level world class (85%) diperlukan suatu strategi yang sudah terbukti dan telah diterima. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) merupakan suatu strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai sasaran organisasi dalam memenuhi kompetensi pabrik dan persaingan usaha. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pertama penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pilar-pilar TPM terhadap target OEE. Selanjutnya, untuk tujuan kedua adalah mengetahui akar masalah penyebab OEE tidak tercapai sehingga pada tujuan ketiga diharapkan melalui penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi diperusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pengamatan kausalitas dengan metode pengumpulan data penelitian melalui kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan pilar TPM terhadap OEE dan secara deskriptif penelitian ini mengunakan metode Nominal Group Technique (NGT) dan why why analisis untuk mengetahui penyebab OEE tidak tercapai. Teknik pengambilan sample yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pilar Development management, Health and Safety, Planned Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, dan Support Systems/Admin TPM dengan target OEE, sedangkan untuk pilar education & training dan focused improvement tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap OEE. Akar masalah yang menjadi penyebab OEE tidak tercapai karena belum adanya pengukuran beban kerja. Solusi yang harus dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran beban kerja sehingga pembagian tugas kerja dapat merata. Kata kunci: Pilar-Pilar TPM, OEE, Pengukuran Beban Kerja.
