Abstract

ABSTRAK Bengkel Sepatu dan Sandal pak jajat merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan sepatu dan sandal wanita yang berlokasi di kota Bogor, usaha yang berdiri sejak tahun 2010 ini sedang dalam tahap perkembangan dalam memperbesar pasar. Tujuan penelitian in adalah menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal UMKM Bengkel Sepatu dan Sandal Pak Jajat untuk mengetahui posisi Gosimply sebagai dasar perumusan strategi bisnisnya menggunakan metode SWOT ( Strenght, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats ) dan menyusun strategi prioritas pengembangan bisnis UMKM Bengkel Sepatu dan Sandal Pak Jajat di masa yang akan datang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pemetaan matriks SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Threat, Opportunity) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) Berdasarkan hasil skor matriks IFE sebesar 2,784 dan skor Matriks EFE sebesar 2,809 Bengkel Sepatu dan sandal Pak Jajat berada pada kolom ke V yang artinya sangat tepat untuk melakukan terbaik dapat dikelola dengan strategi mempertahankan dan memelihara (Hold And Maintain) Setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Matriks QSPM maka didapatkan Jumlah TAS (Total attractiveness score) pada alternatif strategi I yaitu 6,068 sedangakan jumlah TAS pada alternatif strategi II adalah 8,24. Artinya strategi yang sebaiknya dijalankan yaitu alternatif strategi II yang Fokus kepada penetrasi pasar. Kata kunci : Analisis SWOT; Analisis QSPM; Manajemen strategi; Strategi pema-saran; Sandal. ABSTRACT Pak Jajat's Shoe and Sandal Workshop is one of the MSMEs engaged in the manufacture of women's shoes and sandals located in the city of Bogor, a business that was established in 2010 is currently in the development stage in expanding the market. The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external conditions of UMKM Pak Jajat's Shoe and Sandal Workshop to find out the position of Gosimply as the basis for formulating its business strategy using the SWOT method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and develop a priority strategy for business development for UMKM Pak Jajat's Shoe and Sandal Workshop in the future. The analysis in this study used the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Threat, Opportunity) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) mapping matrix. Based on the results of the IFE matrix score of 2.784 and the EFE Matrix score of 2.809 Pak Jajat's shoe and sandal workshop is in column V which meaning that it is very appropriate to do the best it can be managed with a strategy of hold and maintain. . This means that the strategy that should be implemented is alternative strategy II which focuses on market penetration.
