Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Magelang merupakan bagian dari penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah tingkat Kabupaten/Kota yang mempunyai wewenang dan tugas untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan juga berkewajiban untuk memantau perkembangan pendidikan di daerahnya. Hingga saat ini, pengelola dan pengambil kebijakan selalu berupaya untuk senantiasa mencari informasi untuk mendukung kebijakan terkait dengan pendidikan. Maka dari itu peneliti mengembangkan Sistem Informasi yang dapat mempermudah pengambilan informasi, serta mempermudah pengambilan kebijakan pendidikan daerah. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Data sampling yang gunakan adalah data hasil quality control pada peserta didik di Kabupaten Magelang. Proses perhitungan menggunakan algoritma SAW dan implementasi sistem berbentuk Website dengan metode Prototye memberikan hasil yang baik dan akurat. Analisa yang diberikan didasarkan pada hasil perkalian dan penjumlahan matriks ternormalisasi dengan nilai bobot yang telah ditentukan. Penentuan range nilai akhir 0 – 1 sebagai nilai yang digunakan untuk penentuan kelayakan penanganan data yang belum lengkap. Kata kunci : penanganan, dinas pendidikan, Simple Additive Weighting, Prototype, sistem informasi The Education and Culture Office of Magelang Regency is part of the regional government administration at the Regency/City level which has the authority and duty to improve the quality of education and is also obliged to monitor the development of education in the region. Until now, managers and policy makers are always trying to always seek information to support policies related to education. Therefore the researchers developed an Information System that can facilitate information retrieval, as well as facilitate regional education policy making. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Algorithm was used. The sampling data used is quality control data on students in Magelang Regency. The calculation process uses the SAW algorithm and the system implementation in the form of a Website with the Prototye method gives good and accurate results. The analysis given is based on the results of multiplication and addition of normalized matrices with predetermined weight values. Determination of the final value range 0 – 1 as the value used to determine the feasibility of handling incomplete data.
