Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the influence of attitude, motivation, and experience on the quality of accounting information system. This research also shows how using accounting information system can help the user, whether the users can use AIS to its full potential in order to ease their daily task The amount of respondents in this research is 34 people. All respondents are the users of SIMAK BMN at Jakarta Metro Police (Polda Metro Jaya). The instrument used for this research is questionnaire. The result of the research was analyzed with SEM PLS-based analysis technique by using SmartPLS. The result shows that attitude, motivation, and experience has influence to the quality of AIS. This means that the better attitude, higher motivation, and greater experience that the users have, make the better quality of AIS. Key words: attitude, motivation, experience, the quality of accounting information system, user perception, SEM PLS, smart PLS ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, motivasi, pengalaman terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Serta bagaimana penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dalam membantu pekerjaan pengguna SIA sehari-hari. Apakah pengguna dapat menggunakan SIA secara maksimal sehingga dapat membantu pekerjaan sehari-hari. Jumlah responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pengguna aplikasi SIMAK BMN di Polda Metro Jaya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM berbasis PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa sikap, motivasi, dan pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap kualitas SIA. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi sikap, motivasi, dan pengalaman para pengguna maka semakin tinggi kualitas SIA.
