Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan corporate good governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan akan memberikan sinyal positif dimata investor untuk menanamkan modal pada sebuah perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini yaitu kepada perusahaan LQ45 non bank di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Penulis menerapkan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, sehingga sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 36 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan diantaranya statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas dan corporate good governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini corporate good governance diproksikan dengan dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi dan komite audit. Kata kunci: nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, profitabilitas, corporate good governance, dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, komite audit, perusahaan LQ45 ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of capital structure, profitability, and corporate good governance on firm value. The value of the company will give a positive signal in the eyes of investors to invest in a company. The object of this reaserch is to non-bank LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Samples were selected using purposive sampling with certai criteria, and acquired 36 compenies. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, regression model testing, hipothesys testing, and multiple analysis. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative and insignificat effect on firm falue. Profitability and corporate good governance have a positive and significant effect on firm value.
