Abstract
Proses pengelolaan performance appraisal yang sedang berjalan dianggap belum efektif dalam mengelola data hasil performance appraisal. Adanya permasalahan tersebut menjadi acuan untuk perancangan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan. Sistem yang baru dapat digunakan untuk memberikan kemudahan serta keakuratan dalam pengelolaan data hasil performance appraisal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode umpan balik 360° dan berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja dari atasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Performance Appraisal dan Metode Umpan Balik 360° terhadap hasil kepuasan kinerja karyawan serta memberikan saran yang sebaiknya dilakukan perusahaan terhadap karyawannya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang berguna sebagai sistem pengambilan keputusan pihak manajemen untuk kenaikan gaji karyawan, bonus insentif, maupun non finansial seperti penghargaan dan promosi. Kata kunci: Performance Management System, Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan, Performance Review, Penilaian Personal, Ulasan Penilaian, KPI, Umpan Balik 360° The process of managing the current performance appraisal is deemed not effective in managing data from performance appraisal results. The existence of these problems becomes a reference for designing employee performance appraisal systems. The new system can be used to provide convenience and accuracy in managing data from performance appraisal results. The research method used is the method of 360 ° feedback and based on the results of performance appraisal from superiors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Performance Appraisal and 360 ° Feedback Method on the results of employee performance satisfaction and provide advice that should be done by the company to its employees. The results of this study are an application that is useful as a management decision-making system for employee salaries, incentive bonuses, and non-financial benefits such as awards and promotions.
