Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 20122018. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 tahun selama periode 2012-2018. Sampel penelitian ini diseleksi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan sub sektor industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2018.Dari populasi sebanyak 18 perusahaan makanan dan minuman sehingga, sampel dalam penelitian ini yang telah ditetapkan dan diperoleh 7 perusahaan sub sektor industri makanan dan minuman sebagai sampel dengan periode pengamatan selama 7 tahun (2012-2018). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah model fixed effect. Berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian analisis data disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan (NPM) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kebijakan dividen (DPR) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci:kinerja keuangan, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and test the effect of financial performance and dividend policy on firm value in the food and beverage industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2018. The period used in this study is 7 years during the 2012-2018 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all food and beverage industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2018. From a population of 18 food and beverage companies, the samples in this study were determined and obtained by 7 companies in the food and beverage industry sub-sector as samples with an observation period of 7 years (2012-2018). The method used in this study is panel data regression analysis and found that the more ap propriate model to use is the model fixed effect. Based on the results of the data analysis research, it was concluded that financial performance (NPM) has a negative and not significant effect on firm value, dividend policy (DPR) has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
