Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gudang PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta dengan populasi 54 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data menggunakan formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan gudang PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan gudang PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta with a population of 54 employees using saturated samples. The technique of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the data using the product moment correlation formula from Pearson and Cronbach’s alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded, (1) there is a significant positive effect between work discipline on the work productivity of warehouse employees of PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta, (2) there is a significant positive influence between work motivation on the work productivity of warehouse employees at PT. Poly Union Chemical Jakarta.
