Abstract
Abstract Sexual harassment is a global problem. In Indonesia in early 2020 there were cases of sexual harassment on the streets. This study aims to understand and find out how the experiences of women who experience sexual harassment on the street, using qualitative methods in their research with a phenomenological approach. Semitructured interviews with in-depth interviews were conducted with three participants. The results of this study consisted of forms of sexual harassment, initial post-sexual harassment reactions, family and environmental responses, understanding of sexual harassment, anxiety disorder tendencies, depression tendencies, self-injury, psychological conflict, post-incident forgiveness stage, views of the perpetrator, against fellow survivors of sexual harassment, postincident coping, the offering stage and the post-incident acceptance stage and the quality of the individual. The three participants in this study experienced a tendency to post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Although there are differences in conditions after the traumatic event, it can affect how the development of PTSD tendencies that occur in the three participants. Keywords: phenomenology, sexual harassment, women, PTSD and coping. Pelecehan seksual merupakan salah satu masalah global. Di Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020 terjadi kasus pelecehan seksual di jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman wanita yang mengalami pelecehan seksual di jalan, menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam penelitiannya dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Wawancara semiterstruktur dengan jenis wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan tiga orang partisipan. Hasil penelitian ini terdiri dari bentuk pelecehan seksual, reaksi awal pasca pelecehan seksual, respon keluarga dan lingkungan, pemahaman tentang pelecehan seksual, kecenderungan gangguan kecemasan, kecenderungan depresi, sengaja menyakiti diri sendiri, konflik psikologis, tahap memaafkan pasca kejadian, pandangan terhadap pelaku, pandangan terhadap sesama penyintas pelecehan seksual, koping yang dilakukan pasca kejadian, tahap penawaran dan tahap penerimaan pasca kejadian dan kualitas individu. Ketiga partisipan dalam penelitian ini mengalami kecenderungan post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Meskipun terdapat perbedaan kondisi setelah terjadinya kejadian traumatis dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana perkembangan kecenderungan PTSD yang terjadi pada ketiga partisipan. Kata Kunci: fenomenologi, pelecehan seksual, wanita, PTSD dan koping.
