Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Resilience and Psychological Well-Being. The population in this study were teenagers in Jakarta who played online games. Researchers used the Isaac population table which resulted in 348 respondents to be used as samples in this study which were calculated using the Isaac table. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Correlational quantitative research design with teenage subjects who like to play online games. Resilience is measured using The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Psychological Well-Being is measured using Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale. The research results show that there is a relationship between resilience and psychological well-being in teenagers who like playing online games. It is hoped that these findings can be a reference for teenagers in increasing resilience as an effort to improve psychological well-being in teenagers who like playing online games in Jakarta. Keywords: Resilience, Psychological Well-Being, Teenager, Online Games. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Resiliensi dengan Psychological Well-Being. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di Jakarta yang bermain game online. Peneliti menggunakan tabel populasi Isaac yang menghasilkan 348 responden untuk digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini yang dihiting menggunakan tabel Isaac. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form. Desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek remaja yang gemar bermain game online. Resiliensi diukur dengan skala The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, untuk Psychological Well-Being diukur dengan skala Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan psychological well-being pada remaja yang gemar bermain game online. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk remaja dalam meningkatkan resiliensi sebagai upaya meningkatkan psychological well-being pada remaja yang gemar bermain game online di Jakarta.
