Abstract

The implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm to decide employee promotion is to give alternative in processing employees assessment in human resources division of BNI Sharia. Where the concept of the assessment of the employees is an important process that will be improving the promotion method. In this research, the researcher tries to make a supporting system to decide the employees promotion by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm with four criteria that is: work target criteria (C1), assessment result (C2), working periode (C3), last formal education (C4) and punishment criteria (C5). To assist the construction and development of this system, the researcher use SDLC Waterfall method to build a system framework and system analysis. To construct the application the researcher use PHP programming language with MySQL database. Key words: Promotion, Employees, Simple Additive Weighting, PHP, MySql Penerapan algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk pengambilan keputusan promosi jabatan pegawai dimaksudkan untuk memberikan alternatif proses penilaian pegawai oleh Divisi Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) dari BNI Syariah. Dimana konsep penilaian kinerja pegawai merupakan proses penting yang akan mempengaruhi dalam pengambilan keputusan promosi jabatan. Maka pada penelitian ini penulis membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan keputusan promosi jabatan pegawai dengan menggunakan algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang menggunakan empat kriteria, yaitu: kriteria Penilaian Kinerja & Pengembangan Pegawai (C1), hasil asesmen (C2), masa kerja (C3), pendidikan terakhir (C4) dan sanksi (C5). Untuk membantu pembangunan dan pengembangan sistem ini penulis mengunakan metode SDLC Waterfall untuk membangun kerangka sistem. Pembuatan aplikasi penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Kata kunci: Promosi, Pegawai, Simple Additive Weighting, PHP, MySql
