Abstract

Supply Chain Management System (SCM) is an information system application that is created and aims to integrate suppliers, companies, and customers effectively and efficiently. This research aims to facilitate the management of goods inventory, management of sales order ranging from the process of ordering goods from both suppliers, procurement of goods to the management of goods to the customers. PT. Raja Bearindo Aditama is a company engaged in manufacturing and selling bearings and bushing. PT. Raja Bearindo Aditama manufactures bushing for heavy equipment industry, fabrication industry, water door, shipping and heavy equipment. The SCM concept is very suitable in helping to identify and give a soulusi to the problems that exist in PT Raja Bearindo Aditama by displaying each business process in each division of the company along with the constraints faced in each division. Companies often have delayed delivery of goods to customers, the absence of a platform that integrates all the work on all divisions, as well as the difficulty of monitoring job progress that causes the sales process to not run effectively and efficiently. To resolve the problem – the problem is needed for the company's supply chain management system. Design and a web-based supply chain management system are indispensable for the need for system integration and answer all issues related to supply chain management process at PT Raja Bearindo Aditama. Key words: Supply Chain Management, System, PT Raja Bearindo Aditama, Web Supply Chain Management System (SCM) adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dibuat dan bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pemasok, perusahaan, dan pelanggan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah manajemen persediaan barang, manajemen tatanan penjualan mulai dari proses pemesanan barang baik dari pemasok, pengadaan barang hingga pengelolaan barang kepada pelanggan. PT. Raja Bearindo Aditama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan penjualan bearings dan bushing. PT. Raja Bearindo Aditama memproduksi bushing untuk di industri alat berat, industri fabrikasi, pintu air, perkapalan dan alat berat. Konsep SCM sangat sesuai dalam membantu mengidentifikasi dan memberikan soulusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada pada PT Raja Bearindo Aditama dengan memaparkan masing-masing proses bisnis pada setiap divisi di perusahan tersebut beserta dengan kendala yang di hadapi pada tiap divisi. Perusahaan sering mengalami keterlambatan pengiriman barang ke pelanggan, tidak adanya suatu platform yang mengintegrasikan semua pekerjaan pada semua divisi, serta sulitnya memonitor progress pekerjaan yang menyebabkan proses penjualan tidak berjalan efektif dan efisien. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah – masalah tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem supply chain management untuk perusahaan. Pembuatan rancangan dan sebuah sistem supply chain management berbasis web sangat diperlukan untuk keperluan integrasi sistem dan menjawab semua permasalahan terkait proses manajemen rantai pasok pada PT Raja Bearindo Aditama Kata kunci: Supply Chain Management, Sistem, PT Raja Bearindo Aditama, Web
