Abstract

The internet has become a necessity in all fields, both in the world of education, government and the private sector, especially in the National Police Financial Center sector which is currently being tested by the Covid 19 pandemic, the internet network has become a very basic need, learning and lecture activities have shifted from face-to-face to online. , management in handling server network problems at the National Police Finance Center is still done conventionally, so that the process of knowing internet network constraints on the server becomes slow and the utilization of time is less efficient, the development of computer network monitoring can utilize the Telegram API Bot so that internet connection monitoring can be carried out automatically. realtime notification message to Telegram When internet connection is down and internet is up, aims to speed up monitoring in handling internet connection problems, by utilizing telegram chatbot notifications. Key words: Chatbot, Monitoring Server, notifikasi Internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan disemua bidang baik di dunia pendidikan, pemerintahan dan swasta, khusus pada sektor Pusat Keuangan Polri saat ini sedang diuji pandemi Covid 19, jaringan internet menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat mendasar, aktifitas rapat beralih dari tatap muka menjadi daring (online), pengelolaan dalam penanganan masalah jaringan server pada Pusat Keuangan Polri masih dikerjakan secara konvensional, sehingga proses dalam mengetahui kendala jaringan internet pada server menjadi lambat dan pemanfaatan waktu yang kurang efisien, pengembangan monitoring jaringan komputer bisa memanfaatkan Bot API Telegram sehingga pemantauan koneksi internet bisa dilakukan secara realtime pesan notifikasi ke telegram Ketika terjadi koneksi internet down dan internet up, bertujuan untuk mempercepat monitoring dalam penanganan kendala koneksi internet, dengan memanfaatkan notifikasi chatbot telegram.
