Abstract

Currently, during the pandemic, the general public finds it difficult to leave the house because of the contagious disease COVID 19, so gadget users (cellphones, laptops, game consoles, PCs, tablets & smartwatches) will repair & clean gadgets (cellphones, laptops, game consoles, PCs, Tablets & Smartwatches) need a service that helps ordering repair and cleaning of gadgets (cellphones, laptops, game consoles, PCs, tablets & smartwatches) online such as online applications, taking goods with the help of online motorbikes The research method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The software used is Xampp, PHP, MySQL and WordPress / landingpage / CMS which are open source. The results of the applications built on the basis of alpha testing are that the functionality produces results that are as expected and based on betha testing according to respondents, the application is as needed and runs well. Saat ini dimasa pandemi masyarakat umum sulit untuk keluar rumah karena adanya penyakit menular COVID 19, sehingga para pengguna gadget (handphone, laptop, Console game, PC, Tablet & Smartwatch) yang akan melakukan perbaikan & pembersihan gadget (handphone, laptop, Console game, PC, Tablet & Smartwatch) membutuhkan suatu jasa yang membantu pemesanan perbaikan dan pembersihan gadget (handphone, laptop, Console game, PC, Tablet & Smartwatch) secara online seperti aplikasi online, pengambilan barang dengan bantuan ojek online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Xampp, PHP, MySQL dan Wordpress / landingpage / CMS yang bersifat open source. Hasil dari aplikasi yang dibangun berdasarkan pengujian alpha adalah secara fungsionalitas mengeluarkan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan berdasarkan pengujian betha menurut responden, aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan dan berjalan dengan baik.
