Abstract

RT 02 RW 04 North Larangan Village, Larangan District, Tangerang Regency is one of the areas in the Ciledug area, Tangerang Regency. This area has about 30 families and about 140 people. This requires accurate population data processing so that when the data is needed it will be easily used without having to re-collect the data. Therefore, this study aims to create a system that is used as a solution to make it easier for RT devices to record population data, manage mail data, create a system that makes it easier for residents to submit RT cover letters and create an RT system that is easy to use in managing data and providing information to RT residents. 02 RW 04 how to manage letters. So the development of a web-based application for managing neighborhood associations is expected to help RT 02 in managing population data to the maximum after using this system. Key words: RT System, WEB Base Application, computer science, universitas mercu buana RT 02 RW 04 Kelurahan Larangan Utara Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten Tangerang adalah salah satu kawasan di daerah Ciledug Kabupaten Tangerang. Daerah ini memiliki sekitar 30 kepala keluarga dan sekitar 140 jiwa. Hal ini menuntut pengolahan data penduduk yang akurat agar pada saat data dibutuhkan akan dengan mudah digunakan tanpa harus melakukan pendataan ulang. Karenanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem yang digunakan sebagai solusi untuk memudahkan perangkat RT dalam mencatat data penduduk, mengelola data surat, membuat sistem yang mempermudah warga dalam pengajuan surat pengantar RT dan membuat sistem RT yang mudah digunakan dalam mengelola data serta memberikan informasi kepada warga RT 02 RW 04 cara pengurusan surat. Maka pembangunan aplikasi pengelolaan rukun tetangga berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu RT 02 dalam mengelola data penduduk menjadi maksimal setelah menggunakan sistem ini.
