Abstract

Information about residents is usually written in books, the information is in the form of important citizen data. The data is often lost due to human negligence or damaged due to natural disasters and when the data is large, it is difficult to find the data needed so that an application is needed that can reduce the risk of these things happening. This environmental bookkeeping fee application is used for community associations or contract management as a system for collecting Environmental Dues for residents. One of the features in this application is making billing periods to printing receipts if there are payments from residents. Citizen registration is also neatly recorded because the column for filling in citizen data is complete. Key words: data, environmental bookkeeping fees, websites, applications Informasi mengenai warga biasanya ditulis di buku, informasi tersebut berupa data warga yang penting. Data tersebut seringkali hilang dikarenakan kelalaian manusia atau rusak karena bencana alam dan ketika data sudah banyak, sulit menemukan data yang dibutuhkan sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat meringankan resiko terjadinya hal-hal tersebut. Aplikasi iuran pembukuan lingkungan ini digunakan untuk rukun warga atau pengurusan kontrak sebagai sistem untuk penagihan iuran lingkungan untuk warga. fitur pada aplikasi ini salah satunya seperti pembuatan periode tagihan sampai dengan cetak kwitansi jika ada pembayaran dari warga. Pencatatan warga juga menjadi lebih rapi terdata karena kolom untuk isian data warga yang lengkap. Kata kunci: data, iuran pembukuan lingkungan, website, aplikasi
