Abstract

KAF Sekuritas Indonesia is a stock exchange member company based in Jakarta, previously known as PT. Core Securities Varia. KAF group acquired PT Varia Inti Sekuritas and changed its name to PT. Indonesian Securities KAF. Currently, KAF Sekuritas Indonesia does not have an application for calculating overtime wages and managing employee leave. therefore, the author designed a web-based personnel information system application. The research method used is research, interviews, literature study. While the extreme programming used as a software developer is planning,desain,coding, and testing. Personnel information system using codeigniter framework, apache web server, MySQL database, PHP programming language. The existence of a personnel information system application can make it easier for the HRD division and employees to calculate overtime and manage employee leave more effectively and efficiently. Key words: System Information, Attandance, leave , web-based KAF Sekuritas Indonesia merupakan perusahaan anggota bursa efek yang berbasis di Jakarta, sebelumnya dikenal sebagai PT. Varia Inti Sekuritas. KAF group melakukan akuisisi terhadap PT Varia Inti Sekuritas dan beralih nama menjadi PT. KAF Sekuritas Indonesia. Saat ini KAF Sekuritas Indonesia belum mempunyai aplikasi untuk perhitungan upah overtime dan pengurusan cuti karyawan. maka dari itu, penulis merancang suatu aplikasi sistem informasi kepegawaian dengan berbasis web. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah riset, wawancara, studi pustaka. Sedangkan extreme programming digunakan sebagai pengembang perangkat lunak adalah planning, desain, coding, dan testing. Sistem informasi kepegawaian menggunakan freamwork codeigniter , apache web server, database MySQL , bahasa pemrograman PHP. Adanya aplikasi sistem informasi kepegawaian dapat mempermudah divisi HRD dan karyawan untuk melakukan perhitungan overtime dan pengurusan cuti karyawan lebih efektif dan efisien.. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Absensi, Cuti, Berbasis Web
