Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, risk profile and financial behavior on stock investment decision making in the millennial generation. The population in this study is the millennial generation who have invested in the capital market. The sample in this study is the millennial generation who live in Jakarta. The independent variables consist of financial literacy (X1), financial inclusion (X2), risk profile (X3) and financial behavior (X4) while the dependent variable is investment decisions (Y). This study uses a comparative causal type quantitative approach. Based on the calculation of sampling using the purposive sampling method obtained at least 135 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with SMART PLS 4 software. The results of this research state that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the investment decisions of the millennial generation, financial inclusion has no effect on the investment decisions of the millennial generation, risk profile has a positive and significant effect on the investment decisions of the millennial generation and financial behavior has no effect on the investment decisions of the millennial generation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, profil risiko dan perilaku keuangan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi saham pada generasi milenial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial yang yang telah melakukan investasi pada pasar modal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Variable bebasnya terdiri dari literasi keuangan (X1) inklusi keuangan (X2), profil risiko (X3) dan perilaku keuangan (X4) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan investasi (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis kausal komparatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 135 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan software SMART PLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapan keputusan investasi generasi milenial, inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial, profil risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial dan perilaku keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial.
