Abstract

Laundry White Expree is one of service providers which include various type of laundry on clothing. Processing transaction and data collection still use manual type and not computerized, it can make many errors from both in data storage or laundry data management itself. Second the system must have computerized system for monitoring the activities of laundry, planned use mock up as tool for design by adding tracking feature and tracking record to the system design. In the development of the laundry system information use UML design and data collection is done by observing the same type of business, and conducting with relevan parties Key words: Laundry, Service, System Information, Monitoring system. LAUNDRY WHITE EXPRESS adalah salah satu penyedia layana jasa, yang mencakup berbagai jenis pencucian pada pakaian. Pemrosesan transaksi dan laundry pengolaan data masih menggunakan tipe manual dan masih belum terkomputerisasi, dan itu dapat membuat banyak kesalahan baik kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data maupun manajemen data laundry itu sendiri. Kedua, sistem harus mempunyai sistem berbasis komputer untuk monitoring aktivitas di laundry pada saat pencucian pakaian, direncanakan dengan menggunakan mock up sebagai alat untuk mendesain, dengan menambahkan fitur tracking dan track record pada rancangan sistem tersebut. Dalam pengembangan pada system informasi laundry, dengan menggunakan perancangan UML dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi terhadap jenis usaha yang sama, serta mengadakan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait.
