Abstract

A project tender is an important stage in a construction project process before a project begins. Likewise, in an electrical work tender, there are goods and services that will be offered, so it is necessary to select products that will later be tendered so that a product that meets standards and needs is obtained. Considering the large number of products on the market offering all their advantages, a method is needed in selecting these products. In a project it is often found that the products offered have varying specifications and prices with different brands. Therefore, a review from the project engineer's side is very necessary to determine choice of products that meet the best criteria. Apart from technical knowledge of electrical systems, an electrical engineer must master decisionmaking methods to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. So a decision-making method is really needed for an engineer on a project. In this paper the author takes the theme of applying the MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making) method, one of which is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting Model) method in selecting lamp brands that will be tendered for electrical projects with a total of three products which in the end after being processed use the MADM method SAW obtained the results, namely: Rank 1 for the Traxon brand with a value of 315, rank 2 for the EXC brand with a value of 310 and rank 3 for the Powerled brand with a value of 275. Tender sebuah proyek adalah tahapan penting dalam sebuah proses proyek konstruksi sebelum sebuah proyek dimulai.Begitupun pada sebuah tender pekerjaan elektrikal,maka terdapat barang dan jasa yang akan ditawarkan sehingga diperlukan pemilihan produk yang nantinya akan ditenderkan sehingga didapatkan produk yang memenuhi standar dan kebutuhan. Mengingat banyaknya produk yang ada dipasaran dengan menawarkan segala kelebihanya,maka diperlukan sebuah metode dala pemilihan produk tersebut.Dalam sebuah proyek seringkali didapati produk yang ditawarkan mempunyai spesifikasi dan harga bervariasi dengan merk yang berbeda.Maka dari itu sangatlah dibutuhkan review darisisi engineer project untuk menentukan pilihan produk yang masuk kriteria terbaik.Selain pengetahuan teknis sistem elektrikal ,seorang elektrikal engineer harus mengusai metode pengambilan keputusan untuk menetapkan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu.Sehingga sebuah metode pengambilan keputusan sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi seorang engineer pada sebuah proyek. Dalam tulisan ini penulis mengambil tema penerapan metode MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making) salah satunya adalah metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting Model) dalam pemilihan merk lampu yang akan ditenderkan pada proyek elektrikal dengan jumlah produk adalah tiga produk yang pada akhirnya setelah diproses mengggunakan metode MADM SAW didapatkan hasil yakni : Rangking 1 merk Traxon dengan nilai 315,rangking 2 merk EXC dengan nilai 310 dan rangking 3 merk Powerled dengan nilai 275.
