Abstract
Penyakit jantung koroner merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan pada masyarakat karena morbiditas dan mortalitasnya sangat tinggi, angka kematian yang disebabkan oleh penyakit jantung koroner cukup tinggi di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Banyak faktor pemicu meningkatnya penyakit jantung koroner salah satunya ialah kolesterol. Kolesterol adalah molekul lemak (sterol) yang terkandung dalam membran sel darah. Kolesterol secara normal diproduksi oleh tubuh dalam jumlah yang tepat, namun jika berlebih akan menyebabkan penebalan pada dinding pembuluh darah arteri sehingga membuat aliran darah menjadi sempit yang mengakibatkan serangan jantung atau pendarahan otak (stroke). Pada umumnya kolestrol dapat diukur dengan menggunakan alat strip auto check atau bisa juga ke klinik atau rumah sakit untuk pengambilan sampel darah secara invasive yang bisa meninggalkan trauma nyeri pada pasiennya. Saat ini banyak pengembangan alat ukur kolesterol dalam darah dengan metode Non-invasive. Penelitian ini dikembang dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan memanfaatkan sensor near infrared dengan Panjang gelombang 950nm berbasis ICT dengan menampilkan hasil pengukuran pada web base, perancangan ini dapat menjadi alternatif untuk melakukan pengukuran kadar kolesterol secara rutin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor near infrared dengan jumlah sampel 25 orang secara acak dalam dua kondisi yaitu kondisi sebelum makan dan kondisi sesudah makan, dimana hasil dari pengujian ini didapat hasil akurasi sebesar 98,47% pada kondisi sebelum makan dan 98,55% pada kondisi sesudah makan. Coronary heart disease is a public health problem because of its very high morbidity and mortality, the death rate caused by coronary heart disease is quite high in the world, including in Indonesia. Many factors trigger an increase in coronary heart disease, one of which is cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fat molecule (sterol) contained in the membrane of blood cells. Cholesterol is normally produced by the body in the right amount, but if it is excessive it will cause thickening of the walls of the arteries so that it makes the blood flow narrow which results in a heart attack or brain hemorrhage (stroke). In general, cholesterol can be measured using an auto-check strip device or you can also go to a clinic or hospital for invasive blood sampling which can leave traumatic pain in the patient. Currently there are many developments for measuring blood cholesterol using Non-invasive methods. This research was developed from previous research by utilizing a near infrared sensor with a wavelength of 950nm based on ICT by displaying measurement results on a web base, this design can be an alternative for routinely measuring cholesterol levels. This research was conducted using a near infrared sensor with a random sample of 25 people in two conditions, namely the condition before eating and the condition after eating, where the results of this test obtained an accuracy of 98.47% in conditions before eating and 98.55% in condition after eating.
