Abstract

PT. Shopee International Indonesia is a company engaged in online buying and selling services or marketplace providers can also be referred to as e-commerce in Indonesia. In running the company's operations, internet network devices are needed as an interaction resource between the company’s customer service and consumers. Each device and component of the Internet network has a different life, so the damage to each device and network component is also different. The lack of comprehensive periodic maintenance, causing some treatments are still corrective, this results in the device and network components experiencing sudden damage and certainly hinders the operational process of the company's services. In this study, the authors conducted preventive application of network devices and components owned by the company, namely Palo alto Router Network devices and components, Cisco SW-Core, Cisco SWAccess, Cisco Wireless Controller, Cisco Access Point, and Power Supply Unit (UPS). In this study determined TTR, TTF, MTTF, MTTR, reliability level, to be able to know the time lapse for the process of replacement or checking of devices and network components. In addition, a comparison of calculations between corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance costs is carried out Keywords: maintenance, preventive repair, corrective repair, reliability PT. Shopee International Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan jual beli secara online atau penyedia marketplace bisa juga disebut sebagai e-commerce di Indonesia. Dalam menajalan operasional perusahaan, dibutuhkan perangkat jaringan internet sebagai sumber daya interaksi antara customer service perusahaan dengan konsumen. Setiap perangkat dan komponen jaringan internet memiliki masa pakai yang berbeda, sehingga kerusakan pada setiap perangkat dan komponen jaringan juga berbeda. Belum adanya perawatan berkala yang menyeluruh, menyebabkan beberapa perawatan masih bersifat korektif, hal ini mengakibatkan perangkat dan komponen jaringan mengalami kerusakan secara tiba-tiba dan tentunya menghambat proses operasional pelayanan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penerapan preventive terhadap perangkat dan komponen jaringan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, yaitu perangkat dan komponen jaringan Palo Alto Router, Cisco SW-Core, Cisco SW-Access, Cisco Wireless Controller, Cisco Access Point, dan Unit Power Supply (UPS). Dalam penelitian ini ditentukan TTR, TTF, MTTF, MTTR, tingkat keandalan (reliability), untuk dapat mengetahui selang waktu untuk proses penggantian atau pengecekan perangkat dan komponen jaringan. Selain itu dilakukan perbandingan perhitungan antara biaya corrective maintenance dan preventive maintenance Kata kunci: maintenance, perbaikan preventive, perbaikan korektif, reliability.
