Abstract

Democracy is a step to determine the winner in an election, one of which is in the election of the chairman of the RT / RW, until now the election of the chairman of the RT at RT 007 of the Paku Jaya housing estate, South Tangerang is still using a manual system, starting from the voting process, calculating the results of the vote to managing data. -other data related to the election of the head of the neighborhood, so that it is less effective and takes a long time in calculating the results of the vote and at the time of counting the ballots it is found that the ballot paper is damaged so that the vote is considered invalid. The election system, named Nyoblos Yuk, was built with the php and html programming languages and in the database using MYSQL in doing the design using UML. And in the use of voting using this system can minimize the occurrence of fraud. And voters can make their choices easily, the results obtained from this research are a system for selecting the chairman of the RT/RW named nyoblos yuk and from the test results show good results and suggestions going forward is that this system can be added in terms of data security so that it can avoid data hacking by certain parties. Keywords : selection system, php, mysql Demokrasi merupakan langkah untuk menentukan pemenang dalam suatu pemilihan salah satunya dalam pemilihan ketua RT/RW, sampai saat ini pemilihan Ketua RT pada RT 007 perumahan paku jaya, Tangerang selatan masih menggunakan sistem manual, mulai dari proses pemungutan suara, perhitungan hasil suara sampai pengelolaan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan ketua rt, sehingga kurang efektif dan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan perhitungan hasil suara serta pada saat perhitungan suara ditemukan kertas suara yang rusak sehingga dianggap suara tersebut tidak sah. Adapun sistem pemilihan ini yang bernama Nyoblos Yuk dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman php dan html serta dalam database menggunakan MYSQL dalam melakukan perancangan menggunakan UML. Serta dalam penggunaan pemilihan suara menggunakan sistem ini dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan. Dan pemilih dapat menentukan pilihan mereka dengan mudah, hasil yang di dapat dari penilitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pemilihan ketua RT/RW yang bernama nyoblos yuk dan dari hasil pengujian menunjukan hasil yang baik dan saran kedepannya adalah sistem ini dapat ditambahkan dalam hal keamanan datanya agar dapat terhindar dari peretasan data oleh pihak tertentu.
