Abstract

Level availability service network communication For business banking especially For office branch the more increase . See from potency development And characteristics as well as implementation is assessed user friendly so M2M ( Machine to Machine ) graded can become One possible solution support various management business bank, that is as provider network communication on office bank branch . With exists technology M2M ( Machine to Machine ) can made One option as solution temporary problem on location affected problem still network apply single link system And constrained in the process of repair so that mark Performance MTTR ( Mean Time To Repair ) to big And influential to SLA ( Service Level Agreement ). Study This use method NDLC ( Network Development Life Cycle ) ie through observation direct to phenomenon that occurs , using studies literature , collection And data processing , as well analyze problems that occur . Study This Also using TIPHON parameters For do analysis comparison QoS ( Quality Of Service ) between network play links And Network M2M ( Machine to Machine ) as back up links . Results analysis SLA ( Service Level Agreement ) access M2M ( Machine to Machine ) shows positive , it is 99.64% of the target value SLA ( Service Level Agreement ) specified company of 99.00% so M2M ( Machine to Machine ) can filed as One solution temporary problem for increase mark availability . Keywords : Machine to Machine, Service Level Agreement, Availability Kebutuhan akan tingkat ketersediaan layanan jaringan komunikasi untuk bisnis banking terutama untuk kantor cabang semakin meningkat. Melihat dari potensi perkembangan dan karakteristik serta pengimplementasiannya yang dinilai user friendly maka M2M (Machine to Machine) dinilai dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat mendukung berbagai pengelolaan bisnis banking, yaitu sebagai penyedia jaringan komunikasi pada kantor cabang bank. Dengan adanya teknologi M2M (Machine to Machine) dapat dijadikan salah satu opsi sebagai solusi temporary problem pada lokasi terdampak masalah jaringan yang masih menerapkan system single link dan terkendala dalam proses perbaikan sehingga nilai Perfoemance MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) menjadi besar dan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan SLA (Service Level Agreement). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) yaitu melalui observasi langsung terhadap fenomena yang terjadi, menggunakan studi literatur, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, serta menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan parameter TIPHON untuk melakukan analisis perbandingan QoS (Quality Of Service) antara jaringan main link dan Jaringan M2M (Machine to Machine) sebagai back up link. Hasil analisis nilai SLA (Service Level Agreement) akses M2M (Machine to Machine) menunjukkan nilai positif, yaitu 99,64% dari target nilai SLA (Service Level Agreement) yang ditentukan perusahaan sebesar 99,00% sehingga M2M (Machine to Machine) dapat diajukan sebagai salah satu solusi temporary problem untuk meningkatkan nilai availability.
