Abstract
Abadi motor is a business that is engaged in the sale of motorcycle spare parts and also provides Motorbike service. Abadi motor handles spare part sales and service queues are still manual, namely recording all sales transactions still using a ledger so that making reports takes a lot of time, and service queues make customers wait a long time and finally the customer decides to go home because queue is so long. From this problem, a motorcycle spare part sales and service booking information system was created, which contains data on goods, stock items and a list of service queues. With the existence of a sales information system and booking service at Abadi Motorcycles, it can save time in selling spare parts and service services. Therefore it is necessary to create a sales and booking service system that facilitates sales, makes transactions easily, makes it easier for online buyers because it is long distance, and makes it easier for customers to queue structured services. The author makes a web-based application design using Figma to describe the User Interface, the design of this system is expected to help in making an effective and efficient system in supporting activities at the motorbike repair shop. Keywords: Design, Garage, Figma Abadi Motor merupakan sebuah Usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan spare part sepeda motor dan juga melayani jasa service motor. Abadi motor menangani penjualan spare part dan antrian service masih dengan cara manual, yaitu pencatatan seluruh transaksi penjualan masih menggunakan buku besar sehingga pembuatan laporan memakan waktu yang tidak sedikit, dan antrian service membuat pelanggan menunggu lama dan akhirnya pelanggan memutuskan untuk pulang karna antrian yang begitu panjang. Dari permasalahan tersebut di buat sebuah pembuatan sistem informasi penjualan spare part motor dan booking service, yang berisikan data-data barang, stok barang dan daftar antrian service. Dengan ada nya sistem informasi penjualan dan booking service di Abadi motor dapat mengefiensikan waktu dalam penjualan spare part dan jasa service. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sistem penjualan dan booking service yang memudahkan dalam penjualan, melakukan transaksi dengan mudah, memudahkan pembeli secara online karena jarak jauh, dan memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pendaftaran antrian service yang terstruktur. Penulis membuat desain aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan Figma untuk menggambarkan User Interface, perancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam membuat sistem yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada bengkel motor.
