Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced various business sectors to adapt to the New Normal culture at work, including Badan Pendidikan Kristen PENABUR Jakarta, which is a private foundation engaged in education. BPK PENABUR Jakarta (Foundation), requires all Teachers and Employees (Gukar), to follow the COVID19 Health Protocol by vaccinating COVID-19 at least 2 (two) doses of vaccine as a Work From Office (WFO) requirement. In addition, Gukar is also required to fill out the WFO form no later than D-1 on the WFO entry date. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-Based Health Protocol System so that it can accommodate the needs of the Foundation. The research method used in designing this system is Rapid Application Development (RAD) using data collection methods by means of observation and interviews. The analysis is carried out on ongoing business processes, and the results of the analysis are included in the system design in the form of a website User Interface that can assist the process of filling out the Work From Office (WFO) form. From the results of the design, it is hoped that it can help the Foundation in implementing the New Normal in its work. Keywords: COVID-19, Rapid Application Development , Self Assessment Risk of Covid-19, System Design, Ticket System Pandemi COVID-19 memaksa berbagai sektor usaha untuk beradaptasi dengan budaya New Normal dalam bekerja, tidak terkecuali di Badan Pendidikan Kristen PENABUR Jakarta yang merupakan yayasan swasta bergerak di bidang pendidikan. BPK PENABUR Jakarta (Yayasan), mewajibkan seluruh Guru dan Karyawan (Gukar), untuk mengikuti Protokol Kesehatan COVID-19 dengan melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19 minimal 2 (dua) dosis vaksin sebagai syarat Work From Office (WFO). Selain itu, Gukar juga wajib mengisi formulir WFO paling lambat H-1 tanggal masuk WFO. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Aplikasi Pembuatan Tiket Work From Office (WFO) Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 supaya dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan Yayasan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan pada proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan, dan hasil analisis dituangkan dalam perancangan sistem berupa User Interface website yang dapat membantu proses pengisian formulir Work From Office (WFO). Dari hasil perancangan tersebut, diharapkan dapat membantu Yayasan dalam menerapkan New Normal dalam bekerja.
