Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out that the BSI application can help and facilitate troubleshooting by workers in the field. It also helps workers in the field in increasing potential as well as optimizing the use of time when doing something. The method used is the prototype method. The steps include analysis of potential and problems by means of preliminary studies through literature studies and field studies. Data collection through observation and interviews. The results of the study concluded that utilizing technology in mobile operating systems can facilitate or help solve problems as well as meet the needs of various work activities. It has benefits for science and educational facilities because this research really prioritizes and upholds educational morals, especially in the field of informatics engineering. Keywords: Application, Data, Network, Android Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bahwa pada aplikasi BSI dapat membantu dan memudahkan pada saat troubleshoot oleh pekerja di lapangan. Juga membantu para pekerja di lapangan dalam meningkatkan potensi juga mengoptimalkan pemakaian waktu ketika mengerjakan sesuatu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype. Langkah-langkah meliputi analisis potensi dan masalah dengan cara studi pendahuluan melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pada sistem operasi mobile dapat mempermudah atau membantu melakukan penyelesaian masalah juga memenuhi kebutuhan akan berbagai aktivitas pekerjaan. Memiliki manfaat bagi ilmu pengetahuan dan sarana pendidikan dikarenakan pada penelitian ini sangatlah mengedepankan dan menjunjung tinggi moral pendidikan, terutama di bidang teknik informatika.
