Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at UPT Cisadane Barat Laut. As it is known that the dimensions of transformational leadership consist of 4 (four) dimensions which include inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration. The respondents used were the entire population or the total number of employees of 36 people. The data used in this research is primary data which is used through direct filling of questionnaires at the UPT Cisadane Barat Utara location. The analysis used to obtain the results of this study used the validity test, reliability test, simple regression test and T test or hypothesis testing. From the results of this study it can be concluded that transformational leadership affects the performance of employees at UPT Cisadane Barat Laut. Key words : Trasformational Leadership, Employees Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji adakan pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPT Cisadane Barat Laut . Seperti yang diketahui bahwa dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional terdiri dari 4 (empat) dimensi yang meliputi inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intelectual stimulation dan individual consideration. Responden yang digunakan yaiu keseluruhan dari populasi atau keseluruhan dari total pegawai sebesar 36 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang digunakan melalui pengisian langsung kuesioner di lokasi UPT Cisadane Barat Laut. Analisis yang digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas , Uji Regresi Sederhana serta Uji T atau uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di UPT Cisadane Barat Laut. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Pegawai
