Abstract
Daycare Play Sanctuary is a design that operates in the field of social welfare care that functions as a family for a certain time for children whose parents do not have enough time to provide for their children's needs. In this interior design, the goal is to be able to fulfill the facilities needed by children. This interior design uses a Biophilic concept with a Montessori approach, which means that this Biophilic concept applies a natural approach to the room and a Montessori approach which presents an atmosphere of learning and playing. Through the Principles of Montessori Education, namely freedom, beauty, order, nature, social cohesion and the use of visual aids which are applied to building designs. With this writing, the authors hope that the interior design of the Daycare Play Sanctuary at BSD Tangerang can be used as an alternative design to meet all the needs and facilities for children. Keywords: Daycare, Biophilic, Montessori Daycare Play Sanctuary adalah perancangan yang bergerak dibidang wahana asuhan kesejahteraan sosial yang berfungsi sebagai keluarga untuk waktu tertentu bagi anak yang orang tuanya tidak punya cukup waktu untuk memberikan kebutuhan pada anaknya. Pada perancangan interior ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat memenuhi fasilitas yang dibutuhkan anak- anak. Perancangan interior ini menggunakan konsep Biofilik dengan pendekatan Montessori, yang dimana arti konsep Biofilik ini menerapkan pendekatan alam pada ruangan tersebut dan pendekatan Montessori yang menghadirkan suasana belajar dan bermain. Melalui Prinsip - Prinsip Pendidikan Montessori, yaitu kebebasan, keindahan, keteraturan, alami, kohesi kemasyarakatan dan penggunaan alat peraga yang diterapkan ke dalam desain bangunan. Dengan penulisan ini penulis mengharapkan agar perancangan interior Daycare Play Sanctuary di BSD Tangerang dapat dijadikan alternatif desain untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan dan fasilitas anak.
