Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Peran Time Demands of Work, Organizational Commitment, Disiplin kerja, Motivasi kerja, dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Departement Assembling PT.Patco Elektronik Teknologi, Divisi Resmed, Cibitung. Menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 98 karyawan. Analisisnya kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian, Time demands of work berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to examine and analyze the role of Time Demands of Work, Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Department Assembling PT. Patco Elektronik Teknologi, Resmed Division, Cibitung. Using a saturated sample with 98 employees, the analysis is quantitative using a questionnaire collection method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used as an analytical method and Smart – PLS was used as an analytical tool. The results of the study, Time demands of work has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
